If you are new to Zipline delivery and would like to sign up for service, follow these steps.
Download the app
Download the app here. Open the Zipline App. Tap the "Get started" button.
Check your address
Type your address in the "Search for address" field. Even if you've already done this step before, enter your address again to get a fresh check of status.
Note: You may also tap the "Use my current location" option, but this must be done while at the address you want to get deliveries to.
As you type, the list populates with suggested addresses.
Tap your address in the list.

If address is serviceable
If your address can receive deliveries, tap the Start Shopping button.
Tap a blue circle to select the area for our Zip to land. There may be one or more. The "Next" button will turn blue after selection, tap it to proceed.
Tap the "Confirm" button.
You're all set! You can now select a store, place an order, and our zips will be headed your way!
Not yet serviceable
If your address is not yet deliverable, the app will tell you. Fill in your name, email address and phone number.
Verify your phone number by providing the 6 digit security code texted to it.
Tap "Yes, notify me" to receive push notifications so we can notify you when delivery is available.
You can review the store's catalog in browse only mode.
When you are deliverable, you'll be notified and can order.
