Ordering in the app

This article describes how to place an order in the Zipline app.

Tap on a store to open it

If deliveries are paused or there are minimum order requirements, these are shown at the top of the store card.

Use the search field or scroll/browse for your favorite items.

Tap the Add to order button to add to your cart. If you only need a single item, tap Buy now, to be directed directly to checkout.

Note: As you add items to your cart, the small, blue button on the lower right corner of the app keeps track of the weight and dimension of your order. We will let you know if you reach the current limit for a delivery.

You can place multiple orders to get all of your items delivered.

When done shopping, tap View order. Tap Checkout to make payment.


​Choose your payment


Tap Select payment method

Select from a previously used payment method. Tap View more to select from other previously entered payment methods. Or tap New card to enter a new payment method.

When done, tap Place order

Congratulations! Your order has been placed!
You will now see the order tracking screen.

Pull up on the lower sheet at the bottom of the screen to see more details about your order.

You may cancel your order by tapping Cancel order
