Keep people, pets and other obstacles clear of the delivery spot
Do not touch the delivery pod. Grab your package after the pod leave, never try to take the package from the pod yourself.- If the delivery is scheduled for a front-yard location, such as a driveway, ensure it is free of cars or other obstructions.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in the delivery zip being left behind due to obstacles, human interaction with the aircraft, or interference from pets (e.g., dog attacks). Repeated violations may lead to the disabling of your delivery address.
