What is the Zipline referral program?
The Zipline referral program lets you share Zipline with friends and earn delivery credit. When someone places their first order using your referral code, both of you receive Zipline credit.
This program is currently running as a limited pilot.
When did the referral program start?
The referral program began on December 19, 2026.
Who is eligible right now?
The referral program is currently invite only.
At this time:
Only select existing Zipline customers have been invited to participate
Referral codes are unique and tied to each eligible customer
If you were invited, you will receive your referral code directly from Zipline.
How do I get my referral code?
Referral codes are currently distributed by email.
In app sharing tools with quick sharing options are coming soon, but are not yet available during the pilot.
How does the credit work?
The referral program is a Give $5, Get $5 offer.
Your friend gets $5 off their first Zipline order
You get $5 in Zipline credit after their first order is completed
Credits can take up to 72 hours to populate in your account.
How does my friend use the referral code?
To use a referral code:
Place a Zipline order
Enter the referral code at checkout
Complete the order
The discount will be applied automatically once the code is entered correctly.
Important rules and limitations
Please review the following details carefully:
Referral codes are valid for first time Zipline orders only
The referrer cannot use their own code on their first order
Only one referral credit can be used per order
Referral credits cannot be combined with other referral credits
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
