If a promo or referral code isn't applying to your order, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
The code is for first-time orders only
Most Zipline promo codes — including referral codes — are valid on your first order only. If you've already placed an order, the code won't apply to future purchases. Check the terms of the code to confirm whether it's restricted to first-time use.
You forgot to apply the code before placing the order
Promo and referral codes must be entered before you complete checkout — they cannot be applied after an order is placed. If you forgot to add the code:
Cancel the order if it hasn't started being prepared yet (see Track or cancel my order).
Place a new order and enter your code at checkout before confirming.
Note: restaurant orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
The code shows 'not valid' or won't apply
If you're entering the code correctly but it's being rejected:
Double-check for typos — codes are case-sensitive.
Confirm the code hasn't expired.
Make sure your order meets any minimum basket requirements the code may have.
Try force-closing the app, clearing the cache, and re-entering the code.

Where to enter a promo or referral code
Promo codes are entered on the checkout screen before you confirm your order. This is labeled Promo Code. Tap the + and add the code. If you don't see a field for a code, make sure you have at least one item in your cart and have proceeded to the payment step.
