You may want to order items from Zipline that you’ve seen in your local store. We’re working to make as much inventory available for Zipline delivery as possible. Here’s why you may not see certain items available in the app.
We work with our partners to get a list of items approved for Zipline delivery. Sometimes, those items aren’t available because:
Our partners have told us the item is out of stock.
We can’t currently deliver the item due to federal regulations.
We’re working with our partners, and with regulators, to expand the list of available items as quickly as we can.
What can I do?
If there’s a particular item that you want approved for Zipline delivery, we’d love to know about it. Please contact customer support through the Help Center and tell us what you want us to deliver. Your feedback is extremely valuable as we expand our service.
