If you need to return an item delivered by Zipline, the process is simple and handled in partnership with Walmart.
Step 1: Contact Zipline Customer Support
Before going to Walmart, you must contact Zipline Customer Support.
Zipline Support will review your request and generate a return barcode for you.
If you do not have your order number, Support can help locate your order and provide the barcode.
You’ll need this barcode to complete your return at Walmart.
Your return cannot be processed in store without the barcode.
Step 2: Visit the Walmart Customer Service Desk
Once you receive your barcode:
Bring the item and the barcode to the Walmart Customer Service desk.
Show the barcode to the Walmart associate.
The associate will scan the barcode and process the return the same way they would for any other online Walmart order.
Important Note About Walmart’s Return Policy
All returns are evaluated and approved by Walmart in accordance with Walmart’s return policy.
Approval, refund method, and eligibility are determined by the Walmart associate.
Zipline cannot override Walmart’s return decisions.

Refund to Walmart Gift Card
Walmart may issue your refund as a Walmart gift card.
The gift card can be used for future in-store Walmart purchases.
No additional action is required with Zipline for gift card refunds.
