What do I do if I see a delivery to a public area where no one is around?

If you find a Zipline package delivered in a public area or at an address where you are not the intended recipient:

  • Do not interfere with the package. Do not attempt to move or collect the package.

  • Report the issue immediately by contacting Zipline’s support channels. This ensures that the rightful customer can be notified and assisted, while maintaining the integrity of the delivery process.
