What happens if a clearance item is received at a lower price than what I paid?

If you receive an item that is marked for clearance, but when you ordered, it was at the full retail price, Zipline will provide a credit for the difference between the retail price and the clearance price. The account credit will be good for 1 year from date of the order.

Note: Zipline may request or require photographs to help us train our staff and improve service.
