For orders from our restaurant/food partners, you are not able to cancel the order from the app since food prep will already be underway.
If you place an order from a partner and decide for whatever reason you need to cancel, there may be an option to do so in the app. This varies by location and partner, so if the option isn't available, the order cannot be canceled.
