Can I cancel my order myself?

For orders from our restaurant/food partners, you are not able to cancel the order from the app since food prep will already be underway.

If you place an order from a non-restaurant/food partner and decide for whatever reason you need to cancel, you may do so up to the point at which the aircraft is being loaded. After the aircraft is loaded, the order will be delivered and your payment method charged.

If you cancel prior to being loaded, the order fulfillment process will halt and your payment authorization will be released in 24-48 hours.
