How will I see any credit or refund issued?
If you receive the wrong items in your order, you have the option to either receive a credit for the item, which can be used on a future order, or a refund, which typically takes 5-10 business days to process. Any credit issued to your account can be seen on the checkout screen and is auto-applied on your next order.
You are not charged for items that were out of stock. You can keep the incorrect items received; there's no need to return them.
Refunds can take between 5-10 days to process back to your payment method, but are often done much faster.
Courtesy credits
A courtesy credit is a credit offered by Zipline often as a one time courtesy in situations where there was no error on the part of Zipline. These credits differ from standard credits in that they are only good for 10 days.
